What is Augmentin 1g Tablets?

Augmentin 1g Tablets is supplied as film-coated tablets and contains Amoxicillin 875mg + Clavulanic acid 125mg. It is used for bacterial infections such as chest, sinus, ear, urinary tract and skin infections.

How to use

Take exactly as directed on the pack label or by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose, and do not stop or change treatment without advice. Complete the full course even if you start to feel better.

Important information

• Tell your doctor or pharmacist about any past allergy to penicillins or cephalosporins before use.
• Antibiotics treat bacterial infections only. They do not work for colds, flu or most coughs.
• Do not share antibiotics or keep leftover tablets for later use.
• Not suitable for everyone. Tell your pharmacist or doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are allergic to any medicine or take other medicines.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, see a doctor.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
